The Pentax XW5 spotting scope eyepiece is a fixed focal length telescope lens designed to fit the Pentax 65-, 80- and 100-mm ED spotting scopes. Made with the same ED glass as the scopes themselves, the XW5 eyepiece provides high-resolution images with minimal distortion or chromatic aberration. The Pentax XW5 eyepiece is a fully multi-coated lens that is weatherproof to meet Japan Industrial Standard Class 4 specifications. The XW5 eyepiece has magnifications of 78x, 102x and 124x when mounted on the Pentax PF-65ED II, PF-80ED and PF-100ED spotting scopes respectively.

From the original date of purchase, RICOH IMAGING AMERICAS CORP. provides a 25-year limited US warranty for most PENTAX Binoculars purchased within the US from a Ricoh Imaging authorized dealer. This warranty covers the original owner and is not transferable. Routine external cleaning, normal cosmetic and mechanical wear and excessive wear due to professional use are not covered under the terms of this limited US lifetime binocular warranty.
Proof of Warranty Status
The dated proof of purchase receipt (bill of sale) must be provided to ensure warranty status. If a dated proof of purchase receipt is not received with the product, a repair estimate will be issued.
