Here are some points of clarification:
Some retailers sell "gray market" product. This means that the product was not obtained
through a brand's authorized channels. In such cases, the warranty may not be valid
and/or the product is not shipped complete (for example you may have to pay extra
for a case, lens caps, or straps, that normally would be included at no extra charge.)
If you have specific questions, please let us know or feel free to contact the manufacturer
directly. WE ARE AUTHORIZED DEALERS IN EVERY PRODUCT WE SELL. All of our products
come with a warranty and all the components originally intended by the manufacturer.
Our price match will be for a complete package of identical new in-stock merchandise.
That is the official part. Sometimes, completely at our option, we may also choose
to match a competitor's price even if they do not have the product in stock. Call
or email if you have a question. Also, officially our policy is no retroactive price
matching. However, completely at our option, we may choose to match a competitor's
price on a product for which payment has been accepted and the product has already
