The Sightmark PVS-7 1x24 Gen 3 Select Night Vision Goggles are engineered to meet MIL-SPEC requirements and standards. These goggles feature an advanced intensifier tube which provides 57-64 lp/mm resolution, a Figure of Merit of 1197 - 1344, and a 21:1 signal-to-noise ratio for outstanding performance under nominal conditions. The PVS-7 1x24 Gen 3 Select Night Vision Goggles also have an integrated IR illuminator with an IR “on” indicator, low battery indicator, excess light exposure cut-off sensor, and other features. Accompanied with an autogated power supply and minimal imaging artifacts separate these goggles from other Gen 3 models. Autogating allows the image intensifier to continuously adjust the voltage applied to its microchannel plate, resulting in optimal image quality, reduced blooming, and extended tube life. The rugged design is superior for surveillance functions and ideally accommodates users for extended wear. An additional Quick Release mount enables hands free operation with headgear.
