Opticron Explorer WA ED-R 10x42 Binoculars replace the Explorer WA ED 10x42 C+ binoculars. The improvement in this upgrade is the addition of Opticron's new R prism multi-coating which increases the amount of light transmitted through the prisms. Otherwise, the Explorer is unchanged. It is still very lightweight at 23.5 oz. and retains the 8.2' close focus, 339' field of view at 1000 yds, and all the other features and accessories.
