The ATN PS31-3WHPT Night Vision Goggle - USA Gen 3 White Phosphor High-Performance A-Grade is the same housing as the PS31-3HPT but with white phosphor technology displays instead of the traditional green phosphors. White phosphor displays are considered by some to have higher contrast and softer light, resulting in less eye fatigue. It is one of the smallest and lightest units available. The base unit can be delivered with any of several image intensifier tube qualities. The PS-31 was designed to replace the PS-15 with a lighter and smaller goggle which greatly reduces helmet-borne weight and moves the center of gravity of the system rearward for better balance. Other improvements include a 50° field of view and auto gain tubes to automatically adjust brightness.
The PS-31 has tubes that pivot independently allowing the user to see in 3D, use either eye alone to allow the user to transition between different lighting conditions, or flip the entire goggle up against the helmet to create a lower profile or unblock natural vision.
ATN offers a
limited lifetime warranty on all products only for manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship from the factory.
This ATN Warranty does not cover a product (a) used in other than its normal and customary manner; (b) subjected to misuse; (c) subjected to alterations, modifications or repairs by the Customer or by any party other than ATN Corp. without prior written consent of ATN Corp.; (d) special order or "close-out" merchandise or merchandise sold "as-is" by either ATN Corp. or the ATN Corp. dealer; or (e) merchandise that has been discontinued by the manufacturer and either parts or replacement units are not available due to reasons beyond the control of ATN Corp.. ATN Corp. shall not be responsible for any defects or damage that in ATN Corp.'s opinion is a result from the mishandling, abuse, misuse, improper storage or improper operation, including use in conjunction with equipment which is electrically or mechanically incompatible with or of inferior quality to the product, as well as failure to maintain the environmental conditions specified by the manufacturer.
