Offering a choice of 8X or 10X magnification, the new UCF R-series models combine the PENTAX-developed dual-axis eye-distance adjustment system for precise alignment of the lens barrels, high-refraction BaK4 glass prisms, fully multi-coated optical elements and aspherical eyepiece lens elements to deliver high-quality images, even under poor viewing conditions. The compact, lightweight body is encased in a protective rubber housing for extra protection against dust and shock. Other user-friendly features include a short minimum focusing distance of 9.2 feet, extendible eyepiece rings and a diopter adjuster with a click-stop center pointer.
