Minox MD Spotting Scopes
Minox makes small-to-medium-sized spotting scopes in the 50-65 mm class, using very high quality materials and coatings. The light weight MD 50 W scope has a 50-mm objective lens, and comes equipped with a 16-30x zoom eyepiece at a 45° angle. The MD 62 series scopes have 62-mm objective lenses, and are available in both ED and non-ED glass versions. MD 62 series scopes also offer the choice of angled or straight body configurations. A selection of eyepieces are available for MD 62 scopes including wide angle fixed magnification models of 22, 30 and 40x, and 20-45x and 21-42x long eye relief zoom eyepieces. All Minox scopes are O-ring sealed and gas-purged to be waterproof to a depth of 16.4 feet (5 m), dust-proof and internally fog-proof. All Minox spotting scopes may be used for digiscoping with Minox’s special adaptors.
