With the ability to switch between 10x and 15x magnifications, the Leica Duovid permits the user to select the right binocular for the field conditions at hand. At 10x, the Leica Duovid has a 274-foot field of view at 1000 yards and a minimum close focus of 12.9 feet. In addition to providing the brilliant crisp views that Leica is renowned for, the 10-15x50 Duovid binocular have many ergonomic refinements to increase user comfort. The 10-15x50 Leica Duovid are roof prism binoculars made with the P40 phase coating and Leica’s HighLux system to maximize light gathering while minimizing stray light issues. To this, Leica adds their HDC multi-coating to the 11 lens elements in each barrel for unsurpassed clarity and image sharpness. The Leica Duovid 10-15x50 binocular weighs 44 oz. and is sealed and nitrogen-filled to be waterproof to an industry-best 16.5 foot depth as well as internally fog proof. With eye relief of 14.5 mm and an interpupillary range of 59-74 mm, the 10-15x50 Leica Duovid binocular should be comfortable in anyone’s hands.
