G2285MB Series 1/2/3 Quick Release Adapter Assembly w/ Square QR Plate
The Gitzo G2285MB Quick Release Adapter is not only ergonomic, but is designed to expand the range of possibilities of Gitzo heads. It takes a standard square plate, which allows the camera to be positioned at a 90° angle. It comes supplied with a plate with 1/4"-20 screw, but also has an optional plate with 3/8" screw. This quick release adapter is also compatible with Gitzo's longer video quick release plate, which is designed to improve off-center distribution of camera weight.
