Alpen Rainier Spotting Scopes
The Alpen Rainier HD ED 20-60x80 spotting scopes are available in both angled body and straight body. The objective lenses are high definition, extra low dispersion glass to remove chromatic aberration. Alpen Rainier spotting scopes are made with BaK-4 prisms and UBX full multi-coating on the lens elements to increase brightness, clarity and color fidelity. Alpen Rainier spotting scopes come equipped with a zoom eyepiece as indicated in their names, but 22x long eye relief and 30x wide-angle eyepieces are available as options. Eyepieces on the Alpen Rainier scopes easily exchange with the standard bayonet-type mounts. Alpen Rainier spotting scopes are completely waterproof and internally fog-proof due to O-ring sealing and nitrogen-purging of the scope bodies. The Rainier spotting scopes are readily converted for digiscoping through purchase of Alpen's camera adapters. Another included accessory is a waterproof nylon stay-on, view-through case. Rainier scopes come protected by Alpen's lifetime warranty.
