The Alpen Waterproof 15-30x50 scope kit includes the scope itself, a 12-inch, swivel-head, mini-tripod, a nylon field carrying case and an aluminum hard case. The Alpen Waterproof 15-30x50 scope is a compact, straight configuration spotting scope with a 50-mm objective lens, BaK4 glass prisms and a 15-30x zoom eyepiece. The 15-30x50 Alpen Waterproof scope is light at 24 oz. (just 1.5 lbs!) and small at just 12 inches long. At 15x magnification, the Alpen Waterproof 15-30x50 scope has a minimum close focus of 24 feet and a wide 136-foot field of view at 1000 yards. The focus knob of the Alpen Waterproof 15-30x50 scope is centrally located on top of the barrel, which along with the prism housing is encased in green rubber armor. There is an extendable lens hood for reduction of flare on the end of the barrel of the 15-30x50 Alpen Waterproof scope. As the name implies, Alpen Waterproof 15-30x50 scopes are completely waterproof, and nitrogen-purged to be internally fog-proof as well.
